What you will do

• Coordinate all aspects of loan closings, including communication with attorneys and appraisers.
• Ensure loan documents are prepared and distributed in accordance with strict deadlines.
• Maintain and organize customer files to support relationship managers in portfolio management.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, advising and assisting with banking needs.
• Track collateral and financial statements while managing exceptions for commercial accounts.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products to improve client awareness and community engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in a commercial or business lending support role.
• Strong understanding of loan implications for customers and the bank.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and customer relationship management.
