What you will do

• Deliver world-class service by enhancing responsiveness for borrowers and real estate agents.
• Support the end-to-end loan origination process from pre-approval to closing.
• Manage and follow up on mortgage leads to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Complete a phased four-month learning plan including SAFE licensing preparation.
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in-office full-time in Overland Park, KS.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn complex mortgage systems.
• Must obtain a SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator license within 90 days of hire.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
