What you will do

• Support Senior Mortgage Bankers in the residential loan origination process and document analysis.
• Gather, analyze, upload, and label all necessary documentation within the Encompass e-folder.
• Manage pipeline progression, facilitate credit pulls, and run DU/LP and GUS through the LOS.
• Implement marketing strategies and manage "Top of Mind" functions to drive business development and client relationships.
• Collaborate with operations staff across Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Shipping departments.
• Coordinate appointments and organize business-related gatherings.

Requirements

• Experience with mortgage loans is required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Jonesboro, AR.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently as a self-starter.
• Technical proficiency with various software programs.
