Location: Must be a resident of Washington state. Hybrid work is encouraged for those within driving distance to Tukwila Headquarters (TFC); otherwise, the role is primarily remote.

Salary: $156,200–$190,800 annually.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage commercial relationships within the CRE and Affordable Housing sectors.
  • Guide members through the lending process, from application to funding.
  • Evaluate credit opportunities and provide recommendations to Credit Administration.
  • Monitor portfolio health and manage complex credit situations, including workouts and defaults.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure all activities align with risk, compliance, and governance standards.

Requirements

  • Must be a resident of Washington state.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of commercial relationship management experience with mid-sized businesses or CRE investors.
  • 4+ years of experience with complex CRE investors and financial statement analysis.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to assess credit risk.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with executive management.
