What you will do

• Develop internal capabilities for commercial lending to automotive dealerships.
• Manage end-to-end commercial credit underwriting for floorplan, term loans, construction loans, and real estate loans.
• Develop and implement strategy for field sales support and act as a point of contact for new credit requests.
• Define commercial lending system strategies and manage implementation.
• Provide leadership, coaching, guidance, and training for credit analyst development.

Requirements

• Proven track record in commercial lending with emphasis on automotive commercial financing.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting, financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, and credit underwriting.
• Knowledge of automotive dealership operations.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Microsoft Access preferred.
• 3–5 years of directly related professional experience in automotive commercial lending; experience presenting ideas to executive management preferred.
• 2–4 years in a management role with leadership, coaching, guidance, and staff development preferred; must not require visa sponsorship.
