What you will do
- Lead end-to-end project management for software and cybersecurity initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment on roadmaps, milestones, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between software, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Develop project dashboards and metrics to provide visibility into performance and operational risks.
- Partner with Data Center leadership to manage project status, timelines, and mitigation plans.
- Contribute to the standardization and improvement of PMO processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical project or program management, specifically supporting software, cybersecurity, or data center teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and translate technical requirements for diverse stakeholders.
- Extremely organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from Dallas, Texas.
Nice to have
- PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity programs or security engineering teams.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in mission-critical environments like cloud infrastructure or regulated industries.
