What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for software and cybersecurity initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment on roadmaps, milestones, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between software, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams.
• Develop project dashboards and metrics to provide visibility into performance and operational risks.
• Partner with Data Center leadership to manage project status, timelines, and mitigation plans.
• Contribute to the standardization and improvement of PMO processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical project or program management, specifically supporting software, cybersecurity, or data center teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and translate technical requirements for diverse stakeholders.
• Extremely organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dallas, Texas.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity programs or security engineering teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in mission-critical environments like cloud infrastructure or regulated industries.
