What you will do

• Coach project teams in the implementation of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Translate customer business needs into detailed application and operational requirements.
• Lead teams through agile sprints to develop, test, integrate, and deploy enterprise web applications.
• Manage sprint backlogs, record requirements, and coordinate project schedules against office-level timelines.
• Establish best practices for repeating and standardizing workflows.
• Prepare briefings and presentations for Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required from Day 1.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks and processes.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating daily scrums, sprint planning, and incremental deliveries.
• Proficiency in project management software tools to build WBS, schedules, and risk registers.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for documenting processes and policies.
• Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
