What you will do

• Manage end-to-end technology delivery for mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture projects.
• Lead large-scale enterprise infrastructure and application development programs.
• Coordinate complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and diverse business units.
• Execute risk identification, issue management, dependency tracking, and mitigation planning.
• Translate technical complexities into business-focused impacts and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Ensure delivery within highly regulated environments following strict governance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading large enterprise infrastructure or application development programs.
• Proven experience managing technology delivery specifically for M&A or divestiture initiatives.
• 3+ years of demonstrated success managing projects within Agile environments.
• Strong expertise in risk and dependency management within a scaled Agile framework.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency with JIRA for Agile project planning and reporting.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
• Familiarity with technology integration and separation activities associated with M&A.
