What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of global HCM transformation projects utilizing AI and cutting-edge applications.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to align with firm-wide objectives and maximize ROI.
• Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure adoption of new tools like AI chatbots.
• Cultivate influential relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization to secure buy-in.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project resilience and minimize disruptions.
• Establish quality standards and track KPIs to provide actionable insights into project health and quantifiable benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience leading complex, large-scale project and change management initiatives.
• Proven expertise in the full lifecycle management of AI and automation-driven solutions.
• Experience leading data transformation initiatives, including the modernization of data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for managing workflows, dependencies, and documentation.
• Superior executive-level written and verbal communication skills for influencing diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications.
