What you will do

• Plan and coordinate program management activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing briefings.
• Organize and track complex requirements using enterprise management tools.
• Support the Program Manager in resource leveling, analysis, and forecasting.
• Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and management plans.
• Compose and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system specifications.
• Facilitate communication between development teams and customers to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required on Day 1.
• Proficiency in Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).
• Expertise in IT project management, including leading teams and developing applications within constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Proven experience in managing personnel across multiple teams and adjusting processes to improve productivity.
• Ability to negotiate solutions across various stakeholders, systems, and platforms.
