Senior Project Manager

TL;DR

Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of creative, development, and QA professionals to deliver complex digital projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop strategic project roadmaps and ensure alignment with client marketing objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and strategies to business stakeholders and clients.
• Drive product launches and corporate initiatives across multiple digital platforms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital project management supporting marketing and development.
• 4+ years of experience developing marketing content for digital platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Experience with collaboration tools including JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing presentations.
• Must be able to work from the Chicago office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with productivity tools like MS Project, Visio, and Figma.
• Background in managing high-traffic digital properties.
