What you will do

• Define and lead an innovative product vision for CCH iKnowConnect and CCH Parliament.
• Integrate emerging AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, and MCP to maintain competitive differentiation.
• Conduct client discovery and data analysis to validate product desirability and viability.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from MVP definition to launch and sunset.
• Lead internal product specialists and remote developer teams within a global matrixed organization.
• Partner with GTM, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful product adoption and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product strategy, specifically in B2B SaaS, professional services, or fintech.
• Deep expertise in AI implementation (LLMs, APIs, RAG, agent architectures).
• Experience operating within a global, matrixed organization across different time zones.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into commercially viable deliverables.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with executive stakeholders and customers.

• Domain experience in Tax, Accounting, or Legal.
