What you will do

• Drive the roadmap for the Pilot platform, focusing on major launches and AI-driven experimentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and designers to build scalable systems.
• Lead 0→1 product discovery and delivery from problem space definition to iteration.
• Drive company-wide adoption of platform capabilities to embed data-informed decision-making into daily workflows.
• Balance technical depth with user empathy to ensure tools are powerful and intuitive for internal users.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to iterate on the platform based on usage patterns and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Principal PM with a focus on product insights or internal data platforms.
• Demonstrated success in building experimentation tooling or similar technical platforms.
• Ability to think in systems and balance bold strategic ideas with pragmatic execution.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and alignment across team boundaries and senior leadership.
• Experience making high-stakes decisions in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
