What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution across core Print surfaces including Print Panel, Print Shop, and partner platforms.
• Drive the evolution of Print infrastructure to support large-scale partner networks and supply expansion.
• Own the product roadmap for major company goals, including significant SKU expansion.
• Build scalable platform capabilities such as API integrations, partner onboarding, and catalog infrastructure.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Data, and Design teams to deliver high-quality product scope with clarity.

Requirements

• Experienced product leader with a proven track record of scaling teams through high complexity.
• Ability to set multi-year product vision and prioritize high-impact bets using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build alignment across executive leadership and founders.
• Experience building scalable systems and processes in complex, cross-functional environments.
• AI-forward mindset with the ability to incorporate AI into product strategy.
• Ability to develop and retain high-performing product managers through coaching and accountability.
