What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for the content platform, including review systems, localization, and creator partnerships.
• Drive the strategy for building a diverse and enriched AI training data library.
• Manage and lead a growing team of Product Managers to deliver against ambitious content goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to identify and execute growth opportunities.
• Optimize content production processes to improve scale while maintaining high quality standards.
• Translate user insights and data into actionable product directions to drive engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading product teams at a high-growth company in content, marketplace, or complex domains.
• Strong understanding of generative AI trends and common industry practices.
• Demonstrated track record of leading product teams to deliver complex roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across engineering, data, design, and operations.
• High agency and ownership mentality to drive projects from concept to execution.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
