What you will do

• Translate multi-stakeholder needs into intuitive products, collaborating with engineers to turn safety into usability.
• Define measurable safety outcomes and link them to value through user stories and data-backed use cases.
• Prioritize the team backlog and development sprints in collaboration with the Engineering Lead.
• Drive innovation in safety capabilities to stay ahead of emerging threats and industry regulations.
• Operationalize the vision for content safety, including review tooling, policy enforcement, and UX.
• Act as an escalation point for Trust & Safety incidents, appeals, and investigations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within policy, machine learning (classifiers, diffusers, or LLMs), ops tooling, or compliance.
• Track record of delivering large-scale projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong cross-functional fluency to communicate effectively with engineering, data, and business teams.
• Data-driven mindset combined with first-principles reasoning.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with timely delivery of outcomes in a high-growth environment.
