What you will do

• Own the creative strategy across organic and paid channels including TikTok, Instagram, and Meta
• Write high-converting scripts and briefs for short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Produce 30-50 ad creative variations per month to test hooks and angles
• Collaborate with media buyers to analyze performance data and optimize subsequent iterations
• Stay current with platform trends and algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating range in styles: talking-head, voiceover/b-roll, testimonials, and meme-edits
• Proficiency in performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, and hold rate
• Experience shipping hundreds of ad variations at scale
• Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling hooks, scripts, and captions
• Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, or Brazil

Nice to have

• Background or genuine interest in markets, trading, or quant finance
• Experience building or growing a personal creator account
