What you will do

• Lead end-to-end coordination of pre-construction activities across cost, schedule, design, and technical workstreams.
• Manage project controls and execution workflows, including budget tracking, POs, and invoice approval.
• Develop RFPs/RFQs, manage bid processes, and support vendor selection for A/E firms and General Contractors.
• Lead OFCI equipment planning and buyout in partnership with procurement and legal teams.
• Oversee third-party consultants for cost estimating, benchmarking, and scheduling to ensure accuracy.
• Drive standardization of pre-construction processes and development of scalable delivery models for future campuses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in pre-construction or design coordination for large-scale mission-critical projects like data centers.
• Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, procurement, and design coordination processes.
• Working knowledge of MEP, civil, and structural systems.
• Proficiency with tools such as ACC, Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
