What you will do

• Prepare timely and accurate project estimates using RS Means, Bluebeam, or other Unit Price Book software.
• Develop and review Statements of Work (SOW) through site visits and client consultations to define project requirements.
• Manage subcontractor proposals, including soliciting bids, evaluating compliance, and negotiating agreements.
• Coordinate project close-outs, obtaining required documentation and assisting in pre-final inspections.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSEQ guidelines and local requirements such as OSHA and USACE.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Extensive experience with detailed fixed-price estimates and line-item estimating tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
• Ability to drive between project sites and work in various weather conditions.
