What you will do

• Manage construction projects for new fast charging stations across Europe.
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and local contractors to deliver high-quality stations.
• Develop technical solutions for retail buildings, energy systems, and infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Real Estate, Grid, Supply Chain, and Legal teams.
• Improve internal processes to scale rollout across multiple countries.
• Work with public authorities and utility companies to enable safe construction.

Requirements

• Background in Construction Management, Civil or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Project management or engineering experience ranging from internship to senior level.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to navigate technical documents and construction timelines.
• Open to regular travel across Europe.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
