What you will do

• Lead the project control function, managing cost analysis, planning, and scheduling for GRID programs.
• Facilitate project forecasts and analyze monthly/quarterly reports to track performance.
• Manage baseline cost deliverables and lead the change management program.
• Oversee the project controls scheduling team and interface with JV partners for planning activities.
• Proactively identify project issues and advise the management team and field teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Proven expertise in Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling in a home or field office environment.
• Must be able to work in Overland Park, KS, US and travel up to 25% to construction sites.
• Ability to operate in a construction site environment (climbing ladders, working in various weather conditions).
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.
