TL;DR

End-point Support Engineer (IT Support/MDM): Provide world-class technical support by resolving inbound IT tickets end-to-end, maintaining systems, and improving IT operations with an accent on MDM management and endpoint troubleshooting across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android. Focus on Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune administration, zero-trust identity/access practices (e.g., Okta), and supporting onboarding, asset inventory, and small-to-medium IT projects.

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: $57,500 - $80,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Handle inbound IT support tickets from submission through resolution, documenting troubleshooting steps and communicating fixes to end users.
  • Support employee onboarding by provisioning access to systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Maintain hardware inventory with asset management tools and manage procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination for orders, deliveries, and repairs.
  • Uphold IT security best practices and contribute to a zero-trust environment using tools such as Okta.
  • Support and configure macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android across an environment with 1,600+ endpoints.
  • Contribute to process improvements and manage small to medium-sized IT projects while keeping documentation up to date.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Required experience with MDM (Microsoft Intune and Jamf).
  • Proven ability to manage inbound tickets end-to-end with timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Strong working knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Windows systems.
  • Experience supporting IT environments with 1,600+ endpoints.
  • Experience with core technologies such as M365, Zendesk, Adobe, and Keeper, plus familiarity with Okta or similar SSO platforms.
