Salary: $102,000–$127,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary onsite IT contact in Phoenix, managing macOS, Windows, and mobile device support.
• Provide white-glove technical support to executives and leadership during high-visibility events and daily operations.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires in the Phoenix office.
• Monitor and maintain local network health (Wi-Fi, LAN) and act as the onsite technical resource for global network and AV teams.
• Ensure conference rooms and AV equipment are fully operational for daily meetings and All-Hands events.
• Mentor peers, document site operations, and partner with global teams to drive technical improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional IT support experience, including 2+ years supporting distributed teams.
• Proven experience providing white-glove support to senior leadership.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across macOS, Windows, and mobile environments.
• Deep experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or Airwatch).
• Strong networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN, DHCP, DNS, VLAN) and hands-on experience with IDF/MDF work.
• Experience with Zoom Rooms or similar AV endpoints and managing live event production.

Nice to have

• Experience with Meraki-based network environments.
• Knowledge of corporate AV platforms like QSC Q-SYS or Extron.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience supporting new office buildouts.
