Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Redmond, WA, Sunnyvale, CA, Austin, TX, or NYC with an expectation of being in the office at least 2 days per week.

Salary: $160,000–$250,000 per year.

• Shape, grow, and scale an early-stage cloud engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Redmond, WA, Sunnyvale, CA, Austin, TX, or NYC.
• 5+ years of experience managing engineers and building high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to own and deliver large, complex engineering projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and make sound technical decisions.
