What you will do

• Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team of ML engineers and architects, overseeing technical assessments and career growth.
• Lead end-to-end customer engagements, from architectural design and solutioning to final delivery and quality assurance.
• Perform comprehensive ML assessments of customer infrastructure, data pipelines, and organizational readiness to drive executive decisions.
• Partner with sales and solutions teams during scoping and proposal phases to provide technical depth for pre-sales.
• Develop internal reference architectures and accelerators to improve the overall standard of the ML practice.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ML or AI with a proven track record of leading client-facing consulting engagements.
• Demonstrated people management experience, including hiring, performance calibration, and career development.
• Deep expertise in the AWS ML and GenAI ecosystem (SageMaker, Bedrock) across the full ML lifecycle.
• Advanced knowledge of foundation model adaptation, including fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT), RAG, and agentic system design.
• Proven ability to architect and govern production ML systems (MLOps, LLMOps) in complex, ambiguous customer environments.
• Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
• Experience shaping practice-level standards and reusable ML accelerators across multiple engagements.
• Fluency in Responsible AI practices, including model evaluation, bias detection, and AI governance.
• Expertise in AIOps patterns for anomaly detection and automated root cause analysis.
