What you will do

• Perform daily system monitoring, log reviews, and backup verification.
• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and infrastructure.
• Provide expert IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

• Manage user accounts and access control in accordance with security policies.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades to ensure system security and performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, or Texas
• Four to six years of professional system administration experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification required
• Solid understanding of networking concepts including routing, switching, and file system layouts.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• College degree in computer science preferred or equivalent work experience.
