What you will do
- Handle technical support requests and escalations from customers and team members.
- Maintain user uptime through effective problem identification and resolution.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy services.
- Configure and troubleshoot Office 365 products, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Deploy and image workstations using MDM tools like Intune, WorkspaceOne, and JAMF.
- Maintain accurate documentation and standards for evolving technologies.
Requirements
- Active SECRET clearance required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Minimum 3 years of IT administration and support experience.
- Strong proficiency in Windows administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Experience troubleshooting VPN, Remote Desktop Services, and hardware/software issues.
- Ability to work onsite in Lexington, MA.
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-paced consulting or MSP environment.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL V3/V4 Foundation.
- Experience with Mac OS and JAMF.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems.
