Senior End User Platform Engineer (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Act as the primary architect and engineer for core employee communication, collaboration, planning, and automation services.
• Design, build, migrate, and support Microsoft 365 services across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Lead implementations involving Microsoft 365 Security, Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, and hybrid identity management.
• Modernize Azure and Entra ID architecture and configuration while improving Microsoft 365 security posture.
• Integrate Power Platform and other Microsoft 365 services with external systems.
• Develop automation for governance, administration, security, and operational handoff to the platform operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of systems engineering experience covering requirements, system design, integration, and verification.
• 8+ years of experience implementing and evolving enterprise-scale cloud identity, messaging, and office productivity solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview, including hybrid architectures.
• Extensive PowerShell and scripting experience for Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration and automation.
• Hands-on knowledge of DLP, mail hygiene, classification labels, records management, threat management, eDiscovery, GDPR, Active Directory, DNS, networking, and Windows Server.
