Partner Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Leading the post-sales experience for managed service partners to ensure successful deployment and value realization of the NodeZero platform with an accent on partner enablement and strategic relationship management. Focus on driving adoption, operationalizing security services for MSSPs/MSPs, and influencing the product roadmap based on partner feedback.
Location: Remote (US). Travel: 10–30% required.
Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 annually

What you will do
- Own the full partner lifecycle for MSSP, MSP, and GSI partners from onboarding and activation to value realization and advocacy.
- Lead technical onboarding and hands-on training sessions to ensure partners deliver measurable outcomes for their customers.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with partner stakeholders across delivery, technical, and executive roles.
- Monitor engagement and usage patterns to identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven strategic recommendations.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for partner-related issues, collaborating with Support and Product teams.
- Develop scalable partner resources, including guides, case studies, and QBR frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Partner Enablement.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong understanding of MSSP/MSP business models, including SOC operations and vulnerability management.
- Technical fluency in cybersecurity solutions and experience supporting highly technical users.
- Proven success in managing joint success plans and driving retention and expansion (NRR/ARR).
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, JIRA, and Confluence.
