What you will do

• Advise Blockchain Intelligence teams on legal and operational strategies, including data collection methods and practices.
• Support the Law Enforcement Relations team with subpoenas, expert witness testimony, and other projects.
• Provide global litigation and regulatory support across AI, privacy, sales, and employment.
• Manage corporate governance, risk management, and overall legal compliance for the enterprise.
• Negotiate with external partners, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in a government agency, reputable law firm, or in-house.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar.
• Proven experience handling litigation and regulatory matters and engaging with government actors.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
• AI fluency: baseline expectation to use AI to accelerate and reimagine professional workflows.
