What you will do

• Negotiate and review enterprise SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs, and renewals.
• Provide pragmatic, risk-aware legal guidance to GTM teams to accelerate deal velocity.
• Manage privacy, data protection, and security-related legal matters.
• Develop and refine internal legal playbooks, templates, and scalable contract processes.
• Participate directly in customer legal negotiations.
• Support the reduction of reliance on external legal counsel through effective in-house management.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years PQE in a strong commercial law firm or in-house environment.
• Hands-on experience negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements and DPAs.
• Must be located in Sydney and comfortable with a hybrid work model.
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance speed and risk.
• Confident communication skills to influence non-legal stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset suitable for a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-border operations and international data flows.
• Knowledge of privacy and data protection frameworks like GDPR.
