What you will do

• Perform quality reviews on all AML processes, including KYC onboarding, periodic reviews, transaction monitoring, and screening.
• Develop and improve the quality program to optimize the execution of quality reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and outsourced vendors to enhance quality performance and output.
• Drive continual process optimization by evaluating and leveraging AI-enabled tools.
• Ensure all quality reviews are completed within agreed timeframes and SLAs.
• Assist in scaling the Compliance Quality program and delivering Shared Services OKRs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, with at least 1 year in a quality-focused role.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Proficiency in analyzing large transactional data sets; SQL skills are preferred.
• Familiarity with generative AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt development.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain forensic tools such as TRM Labs, Chainalysis, or Elliptic.
• CAMS, CFCS, or CFE certification.
• Proficiency with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
• Passion for digital currency and blockchain technology.
