Location: Must be based in Hong Kong or Singapore, or willing to relocate; remote work is supported within APAC time zones (GMT+8 to GMT+9).

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end strategic relationships with APAC's largest capital allocators, including HNW individuals, family offices, prop desks, and CEXes.
• Build the APAC lender and borrower book from scratch across Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, and Japan.
• Source and structure bespoke deals such as fixed-rate loans, multi-collateral facilities, and gated curator vaults.
• Operate the DeFi Desk independently during APAC hours, monitoring book health and routing liquidity.
• Lead bilingual market education through webinars, workshops, and content in Mandarin.
• Act as the regional voice for APAC, feeding product and custody requirements back to the protocol teams.

Requirements

• Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, or willing to relocate.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken), capable of leading technical calls and creating Chinese-language documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in crypto institutional sales, OTC trading, structured products, or wealth management.
• Deep technical fluency in DeFi, including ERC-4626 vaults, curator architectures, and liquidation mechanics.
• Proven track record of structuring bespoke deals with a strong grasp of P&L, rate-spreads, and liquidity management.
• High degree of autonomy to make judgment calls independently during APAC market hours.
