TL;DR

Senior Institutional Sales Manager (Fintech): Establishing and expanding IG Prime's presence in the Asia-Pacific region by originating new business opportunities among hedge funds, family offices, and brokers with an accent on regional market growth and client acquisition. Focus on developing high-level institutional relationships, leading C-suite pitches, and building a scalable sales footprint in APAC.

Location: Singapore. Hybrid working model (3 days in office)

A FTSE250 FinTech company providing global trading platforms for stocks, leveraged products, futures, options, and crypto.

What you will do

  • Identify, develop, and win new institutional clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Lead pitches for prospective clients and represent the firm at regional marketing events and conferences.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial pitch through onboarding and ongoing servicing.
  • Collaborate with global internal stakeholders to ensure first-class service delivery.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase IG's market share in APAC.
  • Contribute to the creation of regional sales processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in an institutional sales role.
  • Deep knowledge of the Asia-Pacific market and a strong existing network within the hedge fund, family office, or broker community.
  • Ability to confidently articulate complex financial solutions and present to C-suite executives.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously to build a new market presence.
  • Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid office requirement.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian languages.
