What you will do
- Prospect for new partners and customers at crypto events and conferences.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and tailor solutions to different business types.
- Build and manage a personal book of business and a consistent sales pipeline.
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and professional referrals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement customized solutions for B2B clients.
Requirements
- Native or fluent English proficiency (C1+), comfortable delivering presentations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for ownership and growth.
- Ability to work independently and execute goals in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations with strangers.
- Must be located in one of the specified regions: Dubai, Hong Kong, Estonia, Poland, Lithuania, Vietnam, Sydney, Abu Dhabi, Italy, or Jakarta.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B sales at startups or within the crypto/exchange industry.
- Multi-lingual capabilities.
- Willingness to travel and attend international conferences.
