What you will do

  • Identify and acquire new strategic Enterprise accounts across the APAC region.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations to solve prospect challenges.
  • Manage the full commercial cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to win large-scale enterprise accounts.
  • Represent the company at regional events and speaking engagements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS outbound sales targeting large Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling in multiple APAC markets with sales cycles ranging from 6-12 months.
  • Fluent or native command of the Mandarin language.
  • Must be based in Singapore to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales methodologies, specifically MEDDPICC.
  • Genuine passion for the Web3, Blockchain, and Digital Assets ecosystem.

Nice to have

  • Existing network within the digital assets community.
  • Knowledge of compliance and AML regulations.
  • Proficiency in Japanese or Korean.
