What you will do

• Lead corporate governance workflows, including entity database maintenance and global filings.
• Manage and administer board and entity management platforms like Diligent.
• Provide operational support for the Ironclad platform and assist with contract templates.
• Coordinate the formation or integration of new corporate entities.
• Manage concurrent workstreams and special projects across legal functions.
• Enforce legal processes and policies to improve departmental efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Mandatory in-person onboarding process.
• Excellent proficiency with Google Workspace and database management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with Diligent or similar corporate tracking tools.
• Ability to navigate sensitive information with precision and decorum.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to or interest in Fintech, financial services, or cryptocurrency.
• Experience with Notion.
