Salary: $100,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Design and own the legal tech stack, including CLM evaluation, matter management, and automation.
• Manage high-volume contract work involving provider agreements, client contracts, and vendor deals.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT/Security teams.
• Develop and maintain legal playbooks, renewal processes, and budget tracking.
• Build out compliance programs across a network of legal service providers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of legal operations experience.
• Background working within an in-house legal department.
• Hands-on experience with contract management software.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Must be based in the United States.
