TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (CDP): Managing and expanding relationships with high-revenue, global enterprise clients for a customer data platform with an accent on data-driven use cases and platform adoption. Focus on driving retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and collaborating with product teams to influence the roadmap.

Location: On-site in New York, NY (minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $160,000 – $175,000 (Total Compensation)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within strategic accounts.
  • Develop tailored success plans to drive measurable outcomes, such as reducing customer acquisition costs and increasing retention.
  • Provide expert guidance on the mParticle platform to help customers maximize value through use case enablement.
  • Collaborate with Solutions, Sales, and Product teams to execute strategic account plans and provide client feedback.
  • Track customer health metrics and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on future goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Consulting in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven experience supporting high-revenue, large-scale global customers and executive-level communication.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into data-driven success plans and platform adoption.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to partner effectively with internal teams.
  • AI-first mindset: Use of AI tools and automation to improve efficiency in account planning and operational follow-through.
  • Location: Must be based in New York, NY
