Location: Remote within the United States
Salary: Base $120,000 – $150,000 (OTE $240,000 – $300,000)

Rally is a User Research CRM that automates participant recruitment and outreach, currently evolving into an AI-native platform for the full research lifecycle.
What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute targeted warm outbound strategies to identify and engage priority target accounts.
- Build strategic relationships with Research and Research Ops leaders as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to inform roadmap decisions and refine positioning.
- Improve sales processes and playbooks to build the foundation of the revenue engine.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a new-business, quota-carrying role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of exceeding ~$1M+ annual quotas with deals of ~$100K+ contract value.
- Experience in enterprise software selling, including multi-threading across functions and levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Experience building sales playbooks, processes, or enablement programs from scratch.
- Experience selling specifically to Research, Design, and Product teams.
- Passion for the user research space.
