TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS/AI): Driving revenue growth by owning mid-market and enterprise deals for an AI-native User Research CRM with an accent on strategic relationship building and outbound strategies. Focus on designing high-impact solutions for Research Ops leaders and refining the company's early-stage sales playbooks.

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: Base $120,000 – $150,000 (OTE $240,000 – $300,000)

Rally is a User Research CRM that automates participant recruitment and outreach, currently evolving into an AI-native platform for the full research lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute targeted warm outbound strategies to identify and engage priority target accounts.
  • Build strategic relationships with Research and Research Ops leaders as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to inform roadmap decisions and refine positioning.
  • Improve sales processes and playbooks to build the foundation of the revenue engine.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a new-business, quota-carrying role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of exceeding ~$1M+ annual quotas with deals of ~$100K+ contract value.
  • Experience in enterprise software selling, including multi-threading across functions and levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience building sales playbooks, processes, or enablement programs from scratch.
  • Experience selling specifically to Research, Design, and Product teams.
  • Passion for the user research space.
