📋 Description
- Own a mid-market book end-to-end: onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Use AI tools to draft communications and summarize account health.

🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years in customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Genuine AI fluency; everyday use of AI tools.
- Commercial instinct; track retention, churn, expansion.
- Clear, direct communication; adapt to different stakeholders.
- Comfort with ambiguity; thrive in evolving processes.
- Curiosity about the product space; experience with research/design is a plus.
