Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid in Charlotte, NC; New York, NY; or Palo Alto, CA).

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for client health and adoption across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- Identify at-risk accounts and lead remediation plans to protect and grow client relationships.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to align commercial priorities and relationship milestones.
- Present health and adoption metrics during client business reviews with actionable recommendations.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Walls and broader compliance product lines.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and feature priorities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in client success, solution advisory, or consulting within professional services or the legal industry.
- Demonstrated expertise with Walls or equivalent information barrier/ethical wall technologies.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and executive stakeholder relationships.
- Strong consultative, communication, and analytical skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 10-20% of the year for client visits and industry events.
Nice to have
- Experience with the broader product suite (Intake, Conflicts, Terms, Time).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, iManage, NetDocuments, or financial systems like Elite 3e/Aderant.
- Background in a publicly traded, growth-stage software company.
