TL;DR

Client Success Director (Legal): Driving adoption and measurable value for enterprise legal accounts with an accent on hirify.global Walls and knowledge security compliance. Focus on serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, managing account health, and translating business outcomes into actionable success plans.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid in Charlotte, NC; New York, NY; or Palo Alto, CA).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for client health and adoption across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and lead remediation plans to protect and grow client relationships.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to align commercial priorities and relationship milestones.
  • Present health and adoption metrics during client business reviews with actionable recommendations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in hirify.global Walls and broader compliance product lines.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and feature priorities.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in client success, solution advisory, or consulting within professional services or the legal industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise with hirify.global Walls or equivalent information barrier/ethical wall technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong consultative, communication, and analytical skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 10-20% of the year for client visits and industry events.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the broader hirify.global product suite (Intake, Conflicts, Terms, Time).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, iManage, NetDocuments, or financial systems like Elite 3e/Aderant.
  • Background in a publicly traded, growth-stage software company.
