Location: Hybrid in San Francisco (3 days/week) or Remote in New York

Salary: $200,000 – $260,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end engagements with strategic enterprise customers, building business cases and presenting ROI to executives.
• Advise C-suite stakeholders on AI roadmaps and the implementation of agent-driven workflows.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, change management, and organizational dynamics to ensure successful outcomes.
• Establish and scale a best-in-class engagement delivery playbook for the AI transformation function.
• Collaborate with the product team to integrate customer feedback into hirify.global's roadmap.
• Serve as an external thought leader on enterprise AI transformation through events and frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise business transformation at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., MBB).
• Proven track record of advising on AI roadmaps, organizational readiness, and implementation strategy.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to drive momentum in C-level conversations.
• Defensible point of view on enterprise AI adoption and high-leverage opportunity identification.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York.

Nice to have

• Engineering background or technical fluency in building agentic workflows.
• Prior customer-facing experience at a SaaS company (CS, Solutions, or Strategic Accounts).
