TL;DR

Customer Advisor (Customer Success): Delivering strategic guidance, value assessments, and outcome-driven recommendations to help customers optimize their CX strategy with an accent on customer success strategy and change management. Focus on designing strategic workflows, defining performance benchmarks, and driving value realization across the customer journey.

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States (requires monthly customer-facing onsite travel and quarterly planning offsites)

Salary: $145,000 – $155,000 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with customers to identify high-impact use cases and create strategic paths to realizing value through hirify.global solutions.
  • Advise executives and success leaders on optimizing CS strategies using innovative approaches and industry best practices.
  • Lead workshops and innovation sessions to develop strategic roadmaps, define performance benchmarks, and document value goals.
  • Deliver tailored value assessments, maturity reviews, and business cases aligned with customer priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to share insights and enhance customer offerings.
  • Develop repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and case studies to support scalable customer engagement and internal enablement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success and/or strategic consulting with a record of driving customer outcomes.
  • Significant leadership experience in customer success roles, influencing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading research and presenting data-driven insights to inform business strategies.
  • Domain expertise in key CX functions such as customer support, onboarding, or retention strategy.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to C-suite executives.
