What you will do

• Own end-to-end forecasting and replenishment for the Drug channel, including demand planning and inventory monitoring.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CVS and Walgreens inventory teams.
• Establish store audit and execution processes to ensure best-in-class coverage.
• Monitor retailer POS and forecast accuracy, leading root cause analysis for variances.
• Lead pre and post-analysis on promotional activity to sharpen future planning.
• Partner with Sales, Ops, and Analytics to align production plans with retailer demand.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in CPFR, demand planning, or supply chain with major retail accounts.
• Proven track record of owning external retailer relationships and influencing replenishment decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for building reporting and planning infrastructure.
• Experience managing forecasting at the retailer/SKU level and owning accuracy metrics.
• Experience supporting or owning retail launches and execution demands.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Drug channel experience (CVS, Walgreens) and familiarity with their inventory systems.
