What you will do

• Own the end-to-end supply chain flow from manufacturers to global distributors.
• Manage purchase orders, production schedules, and lead times with manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate international logistics and freight forwarding operations.
• Maintain inventory data and order flow within the ERP system.
• Handle RMA processes and root-cause tracking for hardware issues.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures to scale operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Direct experience coordinating with manufacturers, preferably in Asia.
• Practical expertise in inventory management and international shipping.
• Proficiency with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Odoo.
• Proven ability to document processes and create SOPs.
• Must be based in one of the listed European countries to facilitate employment via Remote.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with NetSuite.
• Background in consumer electronics or e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation.
• Personal experience using Home Assistant.
