What you will do

• Own the operating model and cross-functional partnerships for scalable logistics across European markets.
• Lead carrier performance and pricing health, managing rate structures and driving accountability with regional partners.
• Build and execute operational responses to shipping disruptions to ensure reliable resolution for buyers and sellers.
• Drive international carrier strategy and influence the product roadmap by identifying market-specific gaps.
• Navigate regulatory and compliance complexities, including customs, duties, and VAT requirements.
• Partner with senior leadership across Finance, Product, and Business Development to advance logistics strategy.

Requirements

• Must be within commuting distance of the London hub.
• 8–10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles, such as consulting or logistics.
• Deep hands-on experience in European logistics, including carrier relationship management and compliance.
• Proven track record of scaling logistics programs in high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of carrier economics and multi-market logistics networks.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Finance.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Looker, Sigma, or Hex.
