What you will do
- Own end-to-end channel expansion, researching and scaling a mix of paid and partnership-based channels like affiliates and direct mail.
- Develop the innovative channel roadmap to identify and justify the highest-potential investment opportunities.
- Pioneer the adoption of AI agents to accelerate testing, automate workflows, and unlock new marketing capabilities.
- Design and execute rigorous experiments, defining success metrics and scaling winning hypotheses.
- Analyze full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) to provide strategic recommendations for resource allocation.
- Collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to build necessary infrastructure for new channels.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple paid and emerging channels.
- Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits and employment.
- Consulting background (MBB or equivalent) preferred for structured problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
- Strong quantitative analytical ability with a focus on full-funnel metrics and data storytelling.
- Strategic interest or experience in applying AI tools and agents to marketing operations.
- Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced pre-IPO startup environment.

- Practical experience using AI agents as a strategic capability in marketing.
- Experience with specific platforms such as AppLovin or Reddit.
