What you will do
- Design and execute multi-year growth strategies for a defined portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Nurture C-level relationships and lead strategic touchpoints to turn insights into actionable business decisions.
- Oversee integrated planning across channels, ensuring consistency, strategic alignment, and measurement accuracy.
- Evangelize the Bliss Point App Suite and institutionalize a product-first operating model across teams.
- Coach and scale a strong leadership bench, ensuring succession readiness and high engagement.
- Partner with internal Ops, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure delivery quality and financial discipline.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience leading multi-million-dollar client engagements in performance marketing.
- 6+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and individual contributors.
- Expertise in executive relationship management, change management, and complex stakeholder alignment.
- Strong cross-channel literacy (Search, Social, Display, Commerce, CRM) and measurement acumen (MMM, incrementality, forecasting).
- Financial fluency regarding margin, utilization, pricing, and capacity planning.
- BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
