Salary: $146,000 – $170,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing production and operations team through coaching and goal setting.
- Optimize the end-to-end content supply chain, including intake, production, translation, and distribution.
- Define and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Own the technology roadmap for workflow tools, including Adobe Workfront, Digital Asset Management, and AI-based content creation tools.
- Manage vendor relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and service delivery accountability.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks by streamlining processes and integrating new technologies.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- 5+ years of marketing operations experience, with a strong background in technology and data.
- 3+ years of experience leading and growing high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in marketing technology strategy, specifically content supply chain implementation.
- Strong experience with marketing workflow management, particularly Adobe Workfront.
- Ability to communicate clearly and diplomatically with diverse stakeholders.
