TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto/Mississauga area (Hybrid)

Salary: $146,000 – $170,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing production and operations team through coaching and goal setting.
  • Optimize the end-to-end content supply chain, including intake, production, translation, and distribution.
  • Define and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Own the technology roadmap for workflow tools, including Adobe Workfront, Digital Asset Management, and AI-based content creation tools.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and service delivery accountability.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks by streamlining processes and integrating new technologies.

Requirements

  • Current work authorization for Canada is required.
  • 5+ years of marketing operations experience, with a strong background in technology and data.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and growing high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in marketing technology strategy, specifically content supply chain implementation.
  • Strong experience with marketing workflow management, particularly Adobe Workfront.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and diplomatically with diverse stakeholders.
